Session 1 - The Journey Begins:

Everything starts with a vision. The first step to seeing your dreams come true is to see them clearly. In this meditation, you will journey to the prime reality that you are choosing and see where you would like to be at the end of the Dream It and Do It process

Write a letter to self from the future version of you – 12 weeks from now stating the clear vision of where you will be, what will have changed, what actions you would have taken, your routine, finances, health and anything else that you wish to transform within this time. Read this letter every night before sleep and every morning after waking.

• Cut off loose ends and unfinished business – clear relationships with people you have issues with, simply by taking accountability for the part you played in the conflict. Look at any unfinished business and loose ends to clear up the energy held in the state of incompletion.

• Establish a strong waking and sleeping routine. Start with something achievable and simple and build on it once the habit is ingrained.

• Aim to eat the purest, cleanest diet you can, hydrating well and staying clear of processed foods, avoiding processed food, eating more greens and fruits and cutting down on meat consumption

• Make at least 3 microgoals each day – tasks that are within your power, aligned to your energy that day and can bring you closer to the goals you have for yourself.

• Big landmarks – think about something big you can achieve see how long it takes you to get there.

• Take a note of any stumbling blocks or challenges you are facing. Be prepared to bring them to our next call!
