This sessions meditation is a chance to move shake and integrate.
What the mind forgets and the heart cannot see, the body holds. When you watch this, make sure you have speakers on and the ability to move and dance. By moving your body and shaking along with the sounds, you are allowing your body to reset and let go of any thing that doesn’t serve it. Make sure you have wireless headphones or quality speakers and 90 mins. This active meditation is for you! Give it your all!
