Make the most of any opportunities that you get to speak your truth. You can be measured, compassionate and caring well still refusing to muzzle yourself expression. In every situation where you have the opportunity, speak up when you hear that quiet voice inside that feels that something needs to be said or done.

I challenge you to do something creative with your Voice this week. This may be something out of your comfort zone, but the benefits outweigh the challenge. Whether your creation will be a poem, a song, theatre or any other vocal expression, my invitation is that you share a recording of this Vocal AlKemi manifestation with close friends and family. Let them know why you are doing it and that this is part of the challenge that you are doing online and ask for their feedback.

Harness the pure joy of expressing as though you were a child, combined with your adult experience and wisdom. If you want to take this challenge up a notch, you could share your vocal creativity in person amongst people that you love and trust. After you shared it, reflect and perhaps journal on the feelings in the sensations whether it be joy, fear, nerves, excitement, or any other feelings that came to the forefront.
